A pie is a dish made from dough andhaving a filling inside. It can be fried, baked and added to it absolutely any filling, at your discretion. The dough for a pie can be various: yeast, puff or biscuit.
There are a huge number of different recipes, from the most simple to more complex. The easiest and quickest recipe is a pie with jam.
For its preparation we will need:
-one glass of any jam,
-a little spoon of soda
- a glass of yogurt
- a cup of sugar
-400 grams of flour
In the chosen jam we add baking soda,mix well and let stand for about 2-3 minutes. After adding kefir, sugar, flour, eggs and mix everything thoroughly so that no lumps remain. The dough should not turn out to be too thick.
We take the form for baking, properly we smear ither vegetable oil and spoon lay out the dough. We bake a cake with jam in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, for 45-60 minutes.
The finished pie should go up well and become lush. We cut it into pieces and serve it for tea.

To make a pie, we need:
-bank of condensed milk
-cartofel starch - 200 grams
-dispellant binder for dough
-a pinch of salt
Eggs are mixed with condensed milk, addbaking powder for the dough, salt and everything is gently mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Slowly pour the starch, stir again and mix the dough. By consistency, it should not be very thick.
In a greased form, gently pour the doughand put it in a preheated oven. Bake until ready, which can be checked by sticking a toothpick into the cake. If it remains dry and clean, then the pie is ready.
When it is slightly cool, lubricate its surface with any jam and sprinkle with powder if desired.
Another delicious and simple pie recipe -open pie with jam. This dessert is well suited not only for tea, but also for any other drink. Bake a short pastry cake, from which you can sculpt various ornaments for it.
For baking we need:
-one pack of butter
-0.5 kg of flour
- a glass of granulated sugar
-chip of vanillin
- an odd spoonful of baking powder
-built to your taste
On a water bath, melt the butter and after it has cooled down, add sugar, eggs, a pinch of vanillin and mix well until smooth.
In the flour add baking powder, stir and slowly pour into the dough until it becomes elastic and will not stick to the hands.
The resulting bun is divided into two parts, one ofthere must be more than the other. Take the largest piece of dough and roll it into a cake, about one centimeter high. It is important to remember that during baking, the dough will rise twice.
At the edges of the flat cake we form the sides and make the notches on the back side of the knife. Now in the center of the pie lay out a layer of jam, preferably thick, so that it does not spread on the baking tray.
From a piece of dough, which is smaller, we make flagella and form a lattice of them on top of the pie. If the dough remains, you can fashion jewelry in the form of flowers or figurines.
Next, we heat the oven to 180 degrees andput the bake cake with jam for 40 minutes. As soon as it is browned, it should be removed from the oven, as the short pastry can burn very quickly.
